Using Browser Comments
The Browser Comments approval method only allows members of the review team to leave comments in the ERA system itself. No annotations can be made to the actual review file.
1. File being routed will show as an Icon and will allow you to download from the link to preview.
2. Details about the job including the Approval #, Code and Title of the proof, Date started and Due, Description or Instructions about the review.
3. Coordinator and Initiator for the review.
4. Team and their individual details - files, date of last review session, status, name, company/department, and comments left with their approval.
5. Select a signoff status using the drop-down menu in the Sign Off section.
6. Use the text field to provide any additional comments on the approval.
7. Attach any reference files for your user review.
8. When finished, select the Send Feedback button to complete the signoff process. The comments entered will be added to the Routing History, along with any reference files uploaded during sign-off.
