Display
The results will show in a grid view similar to the search panel. This tab allows filters and sorts on the main header. The results will feature a link to preview the response data, remove the link on this product, and view detail which links to the main Consumer Response view.
Actions
The results will feature a link to preview the response data, remove the link on this product, and view detail which links to the main Consumer Response view. You will also be able to create a New Consumer Response for this product or Attach an existing consumer response if needed.
Calls, feedback, or consumer responses can be easily created, stored, and managed within the products module. Data is stored and filled out in a simple form where the CSR can keep track of status, notify, and mange the outcome of a complaint.
The Consumer Response detail view has a set of action buttons. These help manage the response.
Close Response – makes a copy of the all data; resets History
Delete Item – Completely removes the record
View History – Shows all activity for this response
Linked Data – Show associated data
Linked Data
Consumer Responses can be linked to Notifications, Vendors, and Products.
Notifications
Once a consumer response exists in the system, users can choose to send notificiations about the response. Each notification sent will be stored in the Notifications tab in Linked Data.
Clicking the Send Notification button will send notifications. A new window will pop-up showing the reference data and fields for the notification.
You will have the ability to Enter a Subject, Choose System Users, and Edit the Body of the email before sending.
Once you click Save, email will be sent and record of the notification will be stored in Linked Data view.
