Files tab

The Files tab allows users to upload any type of project reference files, including copy documents, artwork, photography images, layout documents, etc. Users are able to download files from the Files tab to local machines.

As with many of the tables found in Tracker, the Files table is sortable by selecting a column heading. Selecting the links located in the File column will download the file to the users local machine.

Adding a File

  1. To add a file to the project, select the Add a File button at the top of the table. The Add a File pop-up window will open.
  2. Select a value from the Type drop-down menu. Selecting the Type Instead link will create a text field where users can manually enter a Type for the file upload.
  3. Enter any necessary notes in the Description text field.
  4. Select the Choose File link and browse to the file to be uploaded to the system.
  5. Select the Save button to upload the file to the project.
