Revisions tab

Project Tracker includes a link to WBD’s ERA system, allowing companies to synchronize their artwork approval efforts with project component data. Revisions displays all ERA approvals related to the selected project, and new revisions can be created directly from within Tracker.

As with many of the tables found in Tracker, the Revisions table is sortable by selecting a column heading. To view an approval that’s listed in the table, select the link in the Details column. This will open the Signoff/Feedback page for the selected approval in ERA.

To start a new approval in ERA that’s related to the project currently being viewed, select the Add a Revision button from the top of the table. This will take the user to ERA and open a blank New Approval form. Users will notice that the Job and Title fields, found below the initial data fields in the form, are automatically filled in with details from the project in Tracker.

Note: In order to associate an approval in ERA with a project in Tracker, the approval must be created from the Revisions tab of the associated project. Approvals started from the ERA tab cannot be associated back to a project in Tracker.
